  • Are you a manufacturer? Yes. Apexerahomelife is a professional furniture manufacturer with a production workshop exceeding 1,000 square meters. We control the entire process from design to manufacturing.

  • What are your main products? We specialize in high-end home furniture, professional office furniture, and premium stainless steel household supplies. We provide retail (B2C) services as well as professional OEM and ODM solutions.

  • How many years of industry experience do you have? Our journey began in 2015. With over 10 years of experience, Apexerahomelife has developed a reputation for masterful craftsmanship and reliable international service.

2. Shipping & Customs (DDP Service)

  • Do I need to pay for shipping and customs duties? For most regions, including the USA, Europe, and Canada, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services. This means international shipping and all applicable customs duties are included in the final price at checkout. There are no hidden fees.

  • Where do you export, and how long does shipping take? We ship to more than 20 countries, primarily North America, Europe, and Australia. As we specialize in large furniture items, shipping times vary by region, typically ranging from 5 to 55 days.

  • How do I track my order? Once your item is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery.

3. Quality & Security

  • How do you ensure product quality? Most of our furniture is designed for a service life of 8-10 years. Our process includes pre-production prototyping, rigorous in-process inspections, and a final 10-point QC check before shipment.

  • What if my order is damaged during transit? We take full responsibility for ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. If damage occurs during transportation, please contact us immediately. Apexerahomelife will provide a complete solution, including replacement parts or a refund.

4. Orders & Returns

  • Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order? You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to redirect or cancel it immediately.

  • What is your return policy? We offer a 60-day conditional return policy for items in brand-new condition. Please refer to our “Our Guarantees” page for specific terms and return instructions.

  • When will I receive my refund? Once a refund is approved or an order is successfully cancelled, the funds will be returned to your original payment account within 5 business days.

5. Assembly & Installation

  • Does the furniture come pre-assembled? To ensure safe transit and reduce the risk of damage, some items may require minor assembly. We provide detailed instructions and all necessary hardware in every package to ensure a simple setup process.
