At Apexerahomelife, we operate our own manufacturing facility and manage a specialized international logistics network. Because our products are Made-to-Order, we prioritize safe handling and transparency throughout the fulfillment process.


1. Order Processing & Production Lead Time

Unlike standard retailers, Apexerahomelife starts the manufacturing process only after an order is confirmed.

  • Production Time: Every piece undergoes precision crafting and a multi-stage quality inspection. This cycle typically takes 7-14 business days.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+8). Orders placed after this time will begin the production cycle on the following business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times

Once production is complete, the items are dispatched. Please refer to the table below for the estimated transit times (excluding production time) to various regions:

Standard Delivery is FREE ($0.00) for the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Australia. For other regions, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: Production Time (7-14 days) + Transit Time (shown above).

  • Tracking Notification: Within 1-2 business days after dispatch, we will provide the tracking number via email.

3. Shipping Costs & Remote Area Service

  • Standard Delivery: We offer transparent shipping rates (including Free Shipping options) to major metropolitan areas.

  • Customs Taxes (Tax-Free Commitment): We are pleased to announce that Apexerahomelife will cover all customs taxes for your orders. You no longer need to worry about customs duties, as we have taken care of these fees for you.

  • Remote Area Manual Evaluation: For geographically remote areas, our team will conduct a manual logistics evaluation after your order is placed. Within 48 hours, we will contact you with a quote for any additional service fees. You may choose to pay the surcharge or request a Full Refund.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Limitations

  • Non-Delivery Areas: We apologize that Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered at this time.

  • Expedited Availability: According to local regulations, some products are only available for standard shipping. If no “Expedited Express” option appears at checkout, it is currently unavailable for your location.

  • Partial Shipments: Due to packaging considerations, items may be shipped in separate packages. You do not need to pay any extra shipping fee for this.

5. Liability & Delay Situations

Apexerahomelife is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs inspections, port congestion, weather). Additionally, we are not liable for delays if:

  • A. Contact info or address is changed/corrected after placing the order.

  • B. Product specifications (color, size) are changed after placing the order.

  • C. The first delivery attempt is within the estimated window, but you missed it or provided an invalid address.

  • D. Your address is in a remote area requiring manual evaluation.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Address Changes: Only accepted within 24 hours of order placement.

  • Cancellations: Full refund within 24 hours. After 24 hours, a 20% restocking fee applies due to production costs. Please refer to our [60-Day Cancellation & Return Policy] for full details.
