1. 14-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Product Guarantee
If you receive an item that is damaged, different from what you ordered, or non-functional due to manufacturing defects or transit issues, you are fully protected by our DOA Guarantee.
What we will need from you: To process your claim quickly, please provide:
Your order number and the specific item number.
Clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue.
A photo of the shipping label and the original packaging.
Our Solution: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, Apexerahomelife will arrange for a replacement part or a partial/full refund depending on the severity of the defect. We take full responsibility for ensuring your product arrives in the promised condition.
2. 60-Day Conditional Return Policy
If your product has no quality flaws but you are unsatisfied with the purchase for personal reasons, you may still return it within 60 days of receipt, provided the item is in brand-new condition.
Refund Details: We will arrange a partial refund covering the item’s price minus the original shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for non-quality related returns.
Requirements: The return package must include the item, original packaging, and all original accessories (hardware, cables, manuals, etc.).
3. Cancellation Guarantee
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
Before Processing: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can contact us for an immediate cancellation and a full refund.
Delayed Shipping: If the expected shipping date has passed and your order has not been shipped, you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund, which will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
After Processing: Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our 60-Day Return Guarantee after receiving the parcel.
4. How to Start a Claim
For any returns or guarantee claims, you must contact our customer support team first. Apexerahomelife is not responsible for items returned without prior notification and authorization.
